Centrally located among the best wineries in the coveted westside of Paso Robles, you’re on top of the world at this 7-acre luxury 5BR/4.5BA ranch home. 180-degree views of vineyard vistas and twinkling city lights, all while being just minutes from downtown Paso Robles. We're also excited to announce the new fire pit, bocce ball court, and sand volleyball, and, coming in September, 7-person hot tub! (Photos to come).

The house was absolutely great! Very updated and clean and spacious for our family. Our favorite was sitting on the deck overlooking the incredible views. We had an issue with the water but the owners were very easy to contact and very nice and corrected the situation immediately. I highly recommend this property. Hopefully we'll have the opportunity to come back to Paso Robles and stay here again.

Fantastic house, all of the rooms were well appointed and the kitchen as well. We did Thanksgiving here for 7 people and were able to have home prepared meal after home prepared meal and it worked really well. The few nits we had we were able to text the owner and management team and they were super responsive. Views are out of this world, up above Paso with the city lights and the other side of the valley just below. We’d love to stay here again!

The minute we walked in the house and saw the view out of the big picture windows we knew we had made the right choice for our wine tasting weekend with our family. All the rooms were a great size. The large kitchen and inside and outside dining tables were perfect for our family breakfasts and late night snacks. The host was wonderful about keeping us in the loop about a short power outage that was scheduled so that we didn’t arrive with groceries and no way to keep them cool. That was much appreciated. We’re already planning our next stay in Paso and plan to make Valley Vista our base camp again! I highly recommend this house for your group!
