设施很新，设计合理且有高级感，房间很大且舒适，浴室空间足够，水温适宜，没有那种一会儿水冷一会儿水热的现象。这次因为开会定了这家酒店。会场附近的酒店订完了，雅辰离会场有一定的距离。好在附近有公交，打车过去也很房间。即使步行也不超过半小时。距离上还是可以接受。
前台员工培训需加强，客户提出一些常见的问题及要求，前台经常无法确定需要请示上级或者其他部门的同事。
