I cannot say enough good things about Brooke and her properties. Never stayed in a nicer VRBO, and we VRBO a LOT. Book with confidence and enjoy the most luxurious stay she can possibly give you! Here are some quick notes:1. Brooke goes *above and beyond* as a host! Her communication is almost instantaneous, she worked with me on pricing, AND we were booking her place in addition to my MIL's home for a large family trip. Our AC broke at my MIL's, and she let us stay in another unit overnight while we got it fixed for FREE! Brooke reminds you that there are still caring people who help others in the world.2. Everything was luxurious in both units. The beds, the bedding, the towels. I took photos of all of it to buy when I get home. She even has a memory foam pillow and a more down-style pillow so you can pick your preference. 3. I have never stayed at a better-stocked VRBO. Literally anything you could possibly want. Spices, extra zip lock bags, shaving cream, feminine products, sunscreen, aloe, etc. All the things you end up wanting but most VRBOs don't provide. She also has a whole collection of beach/pool toys for you to use on your stay. 4. She even provides sweet extras. My husband about died when he found the frozen snickers ice cream treats in the freezer. But she also provides snacks, holiday-themed items, starter drinks, etc. 5. It is an easy 2 short blocks to the beach, and the pool was great!Would stay here over my MIL's house every time if I could!

We loved every detail of our stay. You will not find a VRBO condo better appointed. Every detail needed for your comfort is added. It’s like being at home. Lovely beachy Decor and two short blocks to the most beautiful beach in the country. Brooke was an amazing Host and super responsive. 10 Stars!! Highly recommend this Fabulous Rental.

We had a change in our trip plans and Brooke was able to accomodate us for an extra day. She had the place fully stocked with anything you could think of. The place was nicely updated. We will definately be back.
