The fully equipped kitchen offers an eat-at island for three. Cozy living space features a comfortable sofa and club chair, and a smart TV for streaming your favorites when it’s time to relax (no cable TV). A spacious sunroom adds another comfortable living space, offering a well-loved leather recliner, and the futon is perfect for reading a favorite novel or an afternoon nap. Step just outside and enjoy a close-up view of the lovely tropical vegetation that makes Kiawah special. This villa is perfect for a romantic getaway, or a small family.

It condo was absolutely gorgeous! It was very quiet and well appointed. The sun porch was lovely to sit and read. The kitchen had everything you’d need! The bed and linens were perfection. Just a tiny walk to the beach. Susie was lovely to work with and went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we could possibly want or need! I can’t wait to visit again.

Very clean. Was a solo customer that was very satisfied with the location and upkeep of the unit. Will definitely rent again for another getaway at some point!
