Tamar and Larry are warm and very attentive hosts. The property is even more lovely in person. They have been very generous with all the amenities you might need. We had a wonderful stay and plan on returning soon!

What a wonderful property! Larry and Tamar were terrific hosts! The home and property exceeded our expectations. We stayed in the home for four nights. The location was great for our excursions to visit Jefferson's Monticello, Madison's Montpelier, the University of Virginia, and historic downtown Charlottesville. One of our best days was just hanging at the VRBO. The Spring weather was perfect. The hiking trail down to the Rivanna River on the property was very cool and we saw several deer go bounding across the river on one of our morning walks. Very cool to think that Thomas Jefferson himself surveyed the Rivanna River! Up near the home, the pool and bocce ball court were fun and the sunset views from the poolside chairs were very inspiring. We have stayed at quite a few VRBO properties and this was one of the best!
