With stunning meadow and mountain views, a private hot tub, fire pit, creek access, and 50 acres to explore, Salem offers the kind of escape where the days are unhurried and the nights are spent under the stars. All you need is some bourbon and marshmallows.

Inside the Cabin

The cabin opens to a beautiful porch overlooking a lush meadow with mountain views in the distance. Inside, the spacious living area features comfortable furnishings, a media wall, and the original iron wood-burning stove that serves as the centerpiece of the room.

The large kitchen is well equipped for preparing meals and features an eat-in island, making it easy to gather together. Just outside, the covered porch offers outdoor dining and a propane grill — perfect for enjoying a steak and a glass of wine while taking in the peaceful mountain setting.

The cabin features one spacious king bedroom with comfortable, resort-style bedding and ample closet space. The nearby bathroom features a large walk-in tile shower with a rain showerhead, offering a simple mountain version of a spa retreat.

Outdoor Mountain Living

Step outside to the private hot tub, perfectly positioned for relaxing in the fresh mountain air while enjoying the surrounding 50 acres and star-filled skies.

Guests can also make their way to the landscaped fire pit area for evenings around the fire, roasting marshmallows and enjoying the peaceful sounds of the mountains.

For those looking to explore, a pathway from the cabin leads toward Hot House Creek, where guests may enjoy the natural surroundings and trout fishing. Guests access these areas at their own risk, as the terrain can be uneven and conditions may vary.

The property also provides plenty of space to wander and explore, with hiking opportunities throughout the surrounding area.

Getting Here

The property is accessible by 2WD or 4WD vehicles. Most of the route to the cabin is paved, with the exception of the final portion of the community road, which is gravel. The cabin`s driveway is also gravel and provides ample parking.

Important Guest Information

This is a professionally managed property with a host concierge available should assistance be needed during your stay.

All guests are required to sign a rental agreement and provide valid identification prior to arrival.

No parties or events.

No pets.

No smoking.

The loft area is not accessible to guests.

Guests accessing the creek, trails, or other natural areas of the property do so at their own risk.

Property Condition & Damage Policy

The home is professionally cleaned and inspected before each arrival. Existing defects or damages are documented prior to new guests checking in.

Guests are expected to inspect the property upon arrival and promptly notify the management team of any pre-existing damage or issues. If damage is not reported upon arrival, it may be assumed to have occurred during the guest`s stay and may result in a damage claim.

The hold temporarily reduces your available credit/funds and will be released following the post-stay inspection, provided there are no damages or other eligible charges.**

There is a lofted area in this cabin that is not available to guests at this time.

All guests shall swim at their own risk and shall monitor small children around creek below the cabin at all times. -
All guests shall read the posted warning signs regarding the jacuzzi. -
Please leave shoes at door to help keep rugs clean.
- Please leave property as you found it, do not remove ANY items or household supplies from the property or leave food or other items in fridge/cabinet.
- Do NOT put loose trash in cans or in outside receptacles- all trash should be in bags provided.

CHECKOUT INSTRUCTIONS: -Check-Out at 10:00 am - Extinguish any fires on property. - Ensure gas is off at grills. - Set thermostats to 75 in Summer and 65 in Winter. - Please place all dirty dishes in dishwasher and start dishwasher. - Please leave all dirty towels on bathroom floors. - Please ensure all lights are off and doors/windows are locked upon departure. - All trash bags tied and left in outside trash bins. These trash bins should be closed tightly to prevent critters. Any trash that will not fit in these bins should be taken off by guests. - Take or throw away any food or items brought in. - Please let us know if you changed over propane tank due to emptiness or if noticed anything malfunctioning (lightbulbs, etc.) so we can address ASAP. - Please strip beds.

Note: We graciously leave all of our guests with a STARTER supply of essentials for their stay. We do not fully stock the home for your vacation. We are happy to start you off with a small amount of toiletries in each bathroom, a few garbage bags, toilet paper, and paper towels. Please be advised that guests are ultimately responsible for their own toiletries and supplies for the duration of their stay. Kitchens are not stocked with spices, aluminum foil, etc but are fully stocked with dishes/ pots/ pants/ utensils for your cooking needs. Linens are left in bathrooms according to number of guests, and a starter supply of laundry pods are left in order for guests to wash linens during their stay should they need to do so as well.
