The Space:

For laundry needs, a coin-operated facility with a washer and dryer is located on the 3rd level, next to the elevator. It is open 24 hours, and the price per load is $3 (subject to change); quarters and cards are accepted. Please note that we manage only this specific unit, not the entire resort.



The Neighborhood:

Resort on the water. Restaurants and bars within walking distance. Ben T Davis beach only a 15 minute walk or 3 minute drive.



Getting Around:

A lot is in walking distance including several restaurants and bars (ask if you need recommendations). The on-site convenience store sells basics like snacks, beer & wine, toilet paper, coffee, etc. Instacart is also readily available in the area. If you want a public beach with swimming access, Ben T. Davis is right around the corner. It is walkable, but we'd recommend a short 3-4 minute uber.

• Professional Management: This home is professionally managed by the Tampa Vacation Collection, a 24/7 premium vacation rental management company. Our staff is available at all hours, every day of the week, and will provide instructions for your stay.

• Damage Waiver: Every reservation includes our Damage Waiver Program, covering up to $500 in accidental damage to contents (e.g., linens, towels, wine) during your stay. This is not insurance and does not replace travel or liability insurance.

• Pest Note: While routine pest control is in place, Florida's climate may occasionally bring sightings of ants or spiders. We respond quickly to concerns, but no refunds are issued for pest sightings.

• Situations Beyond Our Control: We are unable to provide refunds for inconveniences resulting from situations beyond our control, such as construction or noise outside the unit, temporary closure of amenities, utility or city repairs, or issues on neighboring properties.

• Pack 'n Plays: Pack 'n Plays must be requested in advance and are subject to availability. As these items are shared, please request one at the time of booking to confirm availability.

• Supplies & Towels: Starter supplies (toiletries, paper products, coffee) are provided for approximately 3-5 days. Additional supplies may be available upon request but are not guaranteed; nearby stores are easily accessible if you run out. Towels are provided for approximately the first 2-3 days; please use the on-site laundry facility to refresh them. For stays of 5 nights or longer, replacement towels may be requested, subject to availability.

• Booking Review: Prior to booking, we ask that you review our entire listing, including amenities and house rules. We do not issue refunds outside of the normal cancellation and refund policy for issues related to the rental agreement, ID and verification photo provisions, or the house rules.

• Items Left Behind: If a guest leaves personal items behind and requests their return, they are responsible for a $35 service fee plus packaging and shipping costs. We are not responsible for any loss or damage to left items once the guest has departed.
