The location was great with direct view from the balcony to the sea and the beautiful promenade.
For the summer, the balcony has shades and the rooms have A/C, so you can adjust your comfort as you wish.
The host, Pedro, is super kind and reactive. He responds within seconds and is really helpful.
To update former reviews: The apartment now also has two sunbeds for the pool.

Excellent location, right next to the beach, with beautiful views and the opportunity to watch both the sunrise and sunset.
Very convenient direct access to the sea.
A beautiful, clean and very well-maintained garden with a seawater swimming pool. The garden was probably the cleanest, most pleasant and best-maintained area of the entire building. Every morning, the gardener carefully takes care of the garden and keeps it in excellent condition.
A large and beautiful terrace with a sea view, which is a great place to relax and enjoy the surroundings.
The apartment has a separate kitchen and three separate rooms, which is very convenient and allows everyone to have their own private space.
The beds were reasonably comfortable.

Convenient location close to shops and supermarkets. Mercadona is around a 15-minute walk away. The walk is uphill on the way there, but it is manageable. There are also several smaller local shops nearby, which is very convenient for everyday needs.
The dishwasher was giving electric shocks when touched. We immediately reported this to the host, who said that an electrician would be sent. However, nobody came during our entire stay. As a result, the problem remained unresolved and the next guests would face exactly the same safety issue. It was impossible to touch the dishwasher with bare hands without receiving a mild electric shock, so we had to use a towel whenever we needed to open or touch it. This is a serious safety concern and should have been addressed immediately.
The air-conditioning system was not properly maintained. There was a significant amount of dust on the ventilation grilles, so we did not feel comfortable using the air conditioning because we did not want to breathe in dust.
There was only one sheet provided for the two single beds, which are joined together. Since two adults were sleeping there, having only one sheet was not particularly comfortable. We asked for an additional bedding set, but were told that this would be considered an extra service.
We also asked for bedding for the sofa bed in the living room. The host stated that the living room was not intended for sleeping. However, the bedroom faces the road and the hotel next door, and it is not really possible to sleep with the windows open because of the traffic noise and the noise from the hotel ventilation/extraction systems. Therefore, having the option to sleep in the sea-facing room would have been a reasonable alternative.
During the last two days of our stay, renovation work started in a neighbouring apartment. The drilling was extremely loud, making it impossible to comfortably spend time on the terrace or even rest in the bedroom. We contacted the host about the issue, but were told that they had no control over the renovation works.
