It was very clean. It was setup with everything we needed.

It was very clean, had everything we needed, and most importantly close to U of Oregon. Plenty of towels, bedding was good, all the expected kitchen items (coffee maker, toaster, microwave, etc). It was also very nice that they included some eggs, bread, milk and individual cereals for breakfast, and a few bottled waters! Communication was easy as was checking in.
Owner asked us if we could check out early (they had someone coming right after us and wanted to be able to clean) which of course we could have said no but we did end up leaving early. Just left me feeling like we're some guests overstaying our welcome.

It was perfect for our weekend in Eugene! It was new, fresh and comfortable. The hosts made check in and out very easy. My family loved the location as well. It is out of town so quiet amd we were able to rest after a long day of driving. The extra small amenities were a perfect touch and it felt like home!

Easy to access and secure. It is in a quiet neighborhood with large trees, in a park-like setting. Attached to main house but very private. Had very thoughtful food available when we checked in. Large TV screen. Newer furniture. Clean (and I'm picky). We will stay here again when we visit Eugene.

floors are nice concrete but very cold
