L'appartement est situé proche de la gare et de supermarché. Très facile d'accès.
Le logement était propre (mais selon les personnes avec qui on le partage cela peut varier)
L'hôte était réactive lors des demandes pendant le séjour :) globalement je recommande !
Le lit double n'est pas réellement un lit double : ce sont deux petits lits col cclés. Mais ils restent confortables. Le vis à vis esht assez important. Si le lit était orienté autremenvt, il pourrait y avoir moins de vis à vis.

My flight was at 1 am and all the other properties told me I’d need to pay $20 extra for late check in but here it was free. Check in was smooth, I received the lockbox code before arrival, so it was perfect.
Location is great, about 10 min walk to the Mestre train station where you buy the tickets from the machines and go to Venezia for 1.50 €.
Apartment was clean, the bathroom, the room, the kitchen. And really cute too! Hot water running without issues. Host was attentive and communicative.
Walls are super thick! I couldn’t hear the neighbors at all. One of the guests in the next room was blasting music in the morning and it was so loud in the corridor but absolutely 0 sound in my room!
Bed was soft and comfy.
I think the property has great potential to be the perfect stay. There is no AC, which is understandable, I don’t think anyone in Mestre or Venice have it due to the building exterior law. But having a mosquito net on the windows would be super helpful so that you don’t have to close the window at night! The fan for cooling the room was ok, I slept fine as it helped circulate the air, but it was still too humid and warm. I think adding nets to the windows, where you no longer have to close the windows at night would make the experience so much better!
Also, you have to walk to the 3rd floor and there is no elevator. I personally don’t have a problem with that but something to keep in mind for those who want to avoid stairs.
I think my stay was good overall. If you want a better experience, then you’d have to pay much more than that too…
