The location is really good, it’s close to the tram and you can easily walk to the city center. The self-check-in process was well described. The room was pretty clean. The furniture has already seen better days but it works okay. Overall, for the price (cheapest deal I could find in Brno), it’s fine. Especially if you’re only coming in in the evening or if you’re only staying a few nights, this place will be more than okay for you.
The Wi-Fi password isn’t written anywhere and I only found it after 2 days, it is on the back of the router. The bathroom capacity is limited (1 bathroom with 2 showers separated by a curtain and two toilets), which might make it where you have to wait a little bit before you can use it. However, during my stay, there weren’t as many people there and the bathroom capacity was fine.

Veľmi ústretový a pohotový majiteľ. Rýchlo vyriešil problém s chýbajúcimi kľúčami.
Niektoré zámky na dverách by bolo dobré vymeniť, ťažko sa zamyká. Ťažší prístup k oknu aby sa vyvetralo.

Łóżka czyste, w pokoju i pomieszczeniach wspólnych też w miarę czysto. Kuchnia zaopatrzona tak że bez problemu można przyrządzić posiłek. Super lokalizacja. Budynek to stara kamienica, nie każdemu może odpowiadać klimat starego mieszkania ale ja uważam że to ma swój urok.
Mimo wyznaczonej godziny zameldowania pokój nie był gotowy, musieliśmy czekać ok 1.5 h aż posprzątają. Na podłodze (wykładzinie) stare plamy o których aż strach myśleć skąd się tam wzięły ... Przy dłuższym pobycie bardzo niekomfortowe by było to że cała podłoga pracuje i sprężynuje.
