Honestly the staff were beyond exceptional. I honestly don’t think I’ve ever been treated so well at any hotel I’ve ever been to. And I’ve been to quite a few haha
Honestly there isn’t very much bad about the hotel, someone could argue it’s not in central pattaya but in truth I like that aspect as it’s far more quite and I’m able to relax if needed. There is also a bus that runs up and down the street you can just jump on for little to nothing as far as cost. So that very much mitigated any issues I would of had

Interior design
Smelled like old wet sponge in the Lobby.
Guest Elevators reeking of frying oil and restaurant smell.
Rooms smelled of mold
Swimming pools are very small.
Walking outside the resort, you will walk through terrible sewage smell surprise hitting you from different directions.
