The apartment was spotlessly clean, spacious, comfortable, and beautifully equipped. From the moment we walked in, it had such a lovely, fresh scent and an immediate “feel at home” atmosphere. The crisp white bed linen, thoughtful details, and overall comfort made our stay truly enjoyable. The location simply couldn’t be better.
Dmitry is an exceptional host — very responsive, attentive, and genuinely committed to making our stay perfect. We especially loved all the small but meaningful welcome touches, such as cookies and snacks. What made the apartment even more special were the little positive messages placed around the space — such a simple idea, yet they really brighten your day and create a wonderfully positive atmosphere.
We were a group of girlfriends, and we enjoyed every single minute of our stay. It truly felt like our home away from home. ❤️

Large, clean, central! Every minor detail thought of for a comfortable stay. Easy access to restaurants, supermarkets and attractions. Nearby buses with free travel around Belgrade. Would definitely stay again. Thank you!

Karşılama güzeldi ev özenle döşenmiş bazı malzemeler eski ama en beğendigim nokta herşey tertemizdi. İhtiyacımız olan birçok şey mevcuttu.

3 yatak odasından birisinin yatağı oldukça rahatsız her ne kadar konaklama sırasında tesis yetkilisi usta göndermeyi teklif etsede 3 günlük tatilimizi evde usta bekleyerek geçirmek istemedik.
Son 2 gün su ısıtıcı çalışmadığı için duş alamadık evde sıcak su yoktu. Yetişkinler soğuk su ile idare etti ama çocukla zor oldu. Yan dairelerin birinde sürekli havlayan bir köpek var . Ev sahibi ilgili gibi görünmekle birlikte bagajımızı geç almak ya da geç check out gibi konularda kuralları esnetmiyor. 1 saat geç check out a müsade etti ama biz sabah zaten saat 1 saat sıcak su ile uğraştık usta geldi ve tamir olmadı, ev sahibi kendi kurallarını esnetmiyor fakat evde bir sorun çıktığında çok özür dileyerek devam ediyor. Bize sıcak su olmadığı için biraz daha müsade edebilirdi ama yeni müşterilere yetişmeyi seçti.
