Location very good, with great view of harbour outside window. Plenty of space in flat, large living room, great property.
Property hadn’t been cleaned on arrival and had to wait for an hour for this to be resolved (vendor was helpful and fast at arranging). The flat generally could do with a thorough clean (it’s far from terrible though), particularly the bathroom and kitchen surfaces, but there is a lot of dust if you move anything (I.e. bedside table so phone charger could reach). The nearest free parking for which the property provides parking scratch cards is 20 minutes walk up / down hill.

Was self catering, but lots of cafes nearby for breakfast etc. Lovely view of harbour. Very convenient for station and buses.
Parking is difficult, even though we were kindly left a parking zone ticket, there were no spaces. Though managed to park in a car park not too far away, but was quite expensive.
