We had a lovely stay in Castelfranco. The hotel is in a really central location, which made it very convenient for getting around and exploring. The hotel was also very clean and well maintained.
The staff were very helpful and responsive throughout our stay. We messaged them when we were arriving late at around 11pm, and they responded quickly and made everything very easy. We also had a small issue with our breakfast vouchers not arriving on the second day, but the staff responded very promptly and the vouchers were delivered under our door.
Breakfast was also very good. The vouchers could be redeemed at two different cafés, both within around a 3-minute walk of the hotel, which was really convenient and gave us a choice of where to have breakfast.
Overall, a great stay with friendly, attentive staff, a fantastic central location and very clean accommodation. We would happily stay here again!

L’offerta della colazione. Non comunicano che la colazione compresa è in realtà con vaucher per bar vicino. Al Max un cornetto surgelato, un caffè scarso ed un succo di frutto della peggiore qualità
