It was clean, spacious for the 5 of us, good air con and fans. Location was excellent. We ate out so we never cooked. Easy enough to get in and used the lift for the luggage. We took the stairs mostly.
The only thing we could mention is there's no outside window in the bathroom or toilet room. That's all

Espacioso, cómodo, bien amueblado, perfectamente equipado. Buena comunicación. Muy bien situado en el centro. Repetiría sin duda
Solo hay aire acondicionado en el salón y no en las habitaciones. Por la noche hacía calor y había que abrir la ventana. Aunque está en una calle tranquila se oían los tranvías

Very smart. All you needed was available and only a short walk from the old town.
A little noisy in the morning with the trams but only if you had windows open.

Location
The online support is incompetent and couldn't help me solve my problems. When I asked a competent person, they told me to wait, and I waited for two weeks, periodically asking them questions.
