The reception and the restaurant were good. The bed was comfortable and the sheets clean. The staff was friendly. The AC unit worked well for heating.
The room we had was very old with mold on walls and windows. It was cleaned, but that doesn't help with the bathroom door that doesn't close well because the frame was swollen from (old) moisture damage or the mold on the windows and walls. It was one of the most expensive places we stayed at on our South America travels and for us not worth the money.
Additionally, we had some loud neighbors who were up all night, in the hallway and outside smoking, drinking laughing. That didn't help.
