vista panoramica eccezionale
casa adatta a brevi soggiorni
gli arredi e la dotazione della casa dovrebbero essere rinnovati e integrati:
letti rumorosi e non molto comodi
la cucina quattro fuochi con forno é stata sostituita da un piano a induzione a due fuochi e un fornetto elettrico.
Abbiamo segnalato all’arrivo alcune criticità in parte risolte dall’agenzia (che ringraziamo per l’assistenza presente e continua):
non c’era il bastone per aprire le tende (fornito dopo un po di resistenza della proprietà)
lavatrice vecchissima e non funzionante (prontamente sostituita)
frigorifero con parti rotte (andrebbe sostituito)
sedia del tavolo esterno rotta
stendibiancheria arrugginito e con stecca rotta senza mollette
da sapere:
entrambi i bagni sono ciechi e in uno dei due la ventola non funziona
la seconda camera é cieca con ventola e condizionatore (presente in tutte le stanze)

Toplage, super Ausblick auf die Stadt.
Betten sehr unbequem und laut. Bei jeder Bewegung quietschten die Betten.

Widok z tarasu to najlżejszy atut tego miejsca, śniadanie w takich okolicznościach to uczta, kuchnia wyposażona praktycznie we wszystko. Pościele czyste, trochę pajęczynek w pokojach ale w miejscu gdzie taras jest otwarty na oścież to nie powinno dziwić, na szczęście mieszkańców tych pajęczyn nie spotkaliśmy. Łóżka duże, górka o ktorej wszyscy piszą faktycznie jest stroma i wymagająca, z dziećmi i bez auta nie polecam.. ale dla dorosłych jak najbardziej, fajny trening po jedzonku. Kontakt z naszym opiekunem Felixem na najwyzszym poziomie, na zapytania odpowiadał w kilka minut. Polecanko !
Łóżka trochę skrzypią, dla aktywnych nocą mogą trochę pokrzyżować plany ;p

The view from this apartment cannot be beat, it is beautiful.
Also very close to the center and beach by walking, to get to Rapello it is a very quick drive.
We caught a ferry from Rapallo to Portofino, it was very reasonable and quick.
Beds were comfortable and the apartment was well stocked to feel homey.
Would stay there again :)
