Tesis çok güzel, konumu merkeze uzak olsa da zaten merkeze gitmeye ihtiyaç duymuyorsunuz. Havuzlar ve Aqua kısmı çok eğlenceli. Özellikle alakart restoranları her şey dahil paketin içinde ve Asya, İtalya ve Meksika mutfağı olan restoranlarına bayıldık. Personel ilgili ve çok güler yüzlü. Bizim için çok keyifli bi tatildi. Ek olarak odamızı upgrade ettiler ve çok güzel manzaralı bir odaydı. Her şey için teşekkürler. Herkese tavsiye ederim.
Sadece oda temizliği biraz kötüydü , ilk girdiğimizde oda temizdi ama ara ara temizlik istedik ve biraz baştan savma yapılmıştı. Ama çok büyük bir sorun olarak görmedik bunu. Genel anlamda iyiydi çünkü. Denizi ise çok sığ ve iskele kullanmak gerekiyor o da eksi bir yöndü.

Alles naar wens, fijne swim up room, en meneer Karam van de receptie nam altijd notitie of alles naar wens is. Een latere checkuit was geen probleem wat ook een pluspunt is. Kortom we hebben een zeer fijne tijd gehad en komen zeker terug! Bedankt voor alles namens Murtaza naar alle personeelsleden die onze reis aangenamer maakte!

Owner changed to a hotel nearby as this one is under renovation. But the problem if this is under renovation they shall not accept guests! Aquapark and garden were Ok.
We booked a room for 2 adults and 2 kids we checked in at 01:00 am but there were only 3 beds at the rom and they tries to add 4th bed which made it possible to move at the room and they didn't help us during the night. In the morning they upgraded the room to a family room but we were very disappointed with the room that check in us. There are many alternatives for food but they were not tasty
