The hotel is in a great location near all amenities, shopping malls etc yet so private and intimate. Taxis are a stone throw away and generally, most malls and eateries are withinh reach even by foot. Our rooms/apartments looked beautifully designed, were clean and great for our large traveling group, including small kids. Catering was organized for us on site and the food was delicious with great options for everyone.
During our stay, there was ongoing construction nearby that made it too noisy at times, thereby interfering with our rest. This can be tricky if you have infants/toddlers on a sleeping schedule or are a light sleeper yourself.

The management. She always acted first when needed and solved matters immediately.
The rooms were not cleaned on daily basis. I had to request the management to have our rooms cleaned and beddings changed. I expected that to be done everyday compared to other bnbs that I have stayed before. The caretaker hesitated when I requested her to clean our rooms and change our beddings. If they can improve on this it will be better.

Cleanliness and proximity to amenities
Management of the gate was not good. From time to time, I kept knocking at the gate for the security to open for me. It was tiring.
I suggest that a gate bell be installed for easy and quick access to the property.
