Nunca unas vacaciones contratadas a través de Booking me habían resultado tan desastrosas

Tuve que comprar vasos, sartenes y cazuelas porque no había y no me los facilitaron a pesar de mis quejas hasta la segunda semana de mi estancia, el día siguiente de haber presentado una queja a Booking. Tampoco había cafetera, ni plancha,...
Para una estancia de 15 días sólo había las sábanas y toallas puestas, sin recambio. Tras muchas quejas, a las que no hicieron caso, las trajeron la segunda semana (tras ponerlo en conocimiento de Booking).
Éramos cinco personas y no hemos tenido libertad de movimientos entre nosotros porque solo nos dieron un juego de llaves al hacernos cargo del apartamento, alegando que en breve nos facilitarían el otro, algo que nunca hicieron a pesar de pedírselo varias veces y de que también lo haría Booking, puesto que lo incluímos destacadamente en la lista de deficiencias que les facilitamos. Y un segundo contacto con Booking expresamente para ese tema que estaba sin resolver.
La relación con la persona responsable de atender nuestra estancia no ha podido ser peor porque, después de intentar estar desaparecido para no atender a nuestros requerimientos, ha intentado justificar en todo momento su mala gestión echando balones fuera con excusas sin sentido.
