The room we stayed in was very spacious, clean and comfortable. The shared kitchen was very convenient, too. The property is not in the center, it’s located in a quieter residential area and there were plenty of free parking spots available in front of the building.
The self check-in and check-out process was very easy, with clear instructions.

La camera è molto spaziosa ed accogliente, dotata di tutti i comfort. La cucina ad uso comune è funzionale e fornita di tutto il necessario per consumare i pasti all'interno della struttura.
La pulizia è stata impeccabile. Al nostro arrivo abbiamo trovato acqua, snack e cialde per il caffè.
Non ho avuto modo di conoscere personalmente la proprietaria, perché abbiamo fatto il self check in e out, ma ci siamo sentite per WhatsApp ed è stata molto presente e disponibile.
Consiglio vivamente questa struttura perché ha un ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo ed è dotata di tutti i comfort per trascorrere un'ottima vacanza.

Struttura accogliente e con tutto quello che potrebbe servire durante un soggiorno incluso bollitore, macchina per il caffè e biscotti/fette biscottate e marmellata per la prima colazione

L'appartamento è diviso in due e accoglie due famiglie contemporaneamente. Ci sono due bagni e la cucina in comune. Questo non era scritto da nessuna parte e non avrei accettato una proposta così a quel prezzo in quella zona.
Le televisioni messe in ogni stanza non prendevano i canali e quei pochi che prendevano non si vedevano.
Ci era stato detto che a metà della settimana sarebbe avvenuto un cambio di biancheria e non c'è stato.
Luogo esternamente molto brutto e in parte fatiscente.
Arrivando non ho avuto nessuna buona impressione ma anzi, visto che avevo già pagato sarei voluta andare da un"altra parte
Molto insufficiente per il luogo la struttura ma soprattutto per non esserci stato scritto che in un unico appartamento le famiglie sarebbero state due.
