Quaint old house transformed into a lovely holiday home for two. Well-equipped with all essentials. Small private garden, parking space alongside, supermarkets just across the road. Short walk into the town centre.

The house is in a fantastic location, in the center of Las Arenas de Cabrales, a well-developed town with easy access to Picos de Europa national park. Two grocery stores are literally across the street, and several nice restaurants are easy walking distance. The house has a great view of the mountains, a designated parking spot, and a private patio with a small breakfast table and an umbrella. It is hard to find accommodations in this area, and they tend to be expensive, so this is a good value.
It is shockingly small. The description claims 377 square feet, which would be small enough, but by my measurements, it is *at most* 22 by 12 feet (that is, 264 sqft), and I'm probably being generous here. Maybe the advertised size includes the patio? If so, that should be made clear. The house has a lot going for it, and we may have chosen it even if we had known its true size, but objectively it is not suitable for three adults. Also, it is described as a "one-bedroom house", which normally means a bedroom separated from the living/kitchen area. It is in fact a "one-room" house, which, to be fair, we did suspect from the photos. We were able to rig a privacy screen from the extra blankets provided.

Están muy bien ara 2 personas. Buena ducha lo cual se agradece después de un día de caminata. Bien situado con supermercado enfrente
Está pegado a la carretera general. Si te molesta el ruido de tráfico mejor evitarlo aunque por la noche es verdad que hasta las 7 no hay movimiento.
La cama algo incómoda aunque eso va en gustos
