Bright and cozy apartment on the top floor with a wonderful terrace!
I stayed here for one month and I had everything that I needed.
The apartment is situated in Ostia centro and is close to shopping, grocery stores, restaurants, bars and the beach (You can even get a glimpse of the sea from one side of the terrace)…
It’s also just a 10 minute walk from the metromare (train) that takes you to Roma centro in approximately 30 minutes.
I really loved my stay and definitely want to come back soon!
Hosts are helpful, kind and loving!

L'appartamento e' luminosissimo, ha un meraviglioso terrazzo con vista sui tetti della citta' e da un angolo si puo' godere di uno scorcio del mare di Ostia. Inoltre la host l'ha equipaggiato di tutto cio' che occorre per alloggiarci con comfort rendendolo ospitale ed accogliente. Ci ritornero' volentieri.

Мы с семьёй останавливались в этих апартаментах с 20 по 25 октября 2025 и остались абсолютно довольны — ставим 10 из 10. Расположение просто отличное: до пляжа идти буквально пару минут, так что море почти «под боком». Огромная терраса с шикарным видом на город и море — настоящий бонус: утром здесь завтрак, вечером кофе с видом, а обстановка такая, что просто хочется отдыхать именно здесь.
Апартаменты очень хорошо оборудованы, есть кухня со всем необходимым: кофе машина, чайник, микроволновка, различная посуда, также в наличии был чай, кофе. В апартаментах имелось всё, чтобы комфортно готовить и не зависеть от внешних кафе, хотя поблизости их тоже в достатке (различные пиццерии, кафе-мороженое и другие). Также в апартаментах имеется отдельное помещение со стиральной машиной и сушкой для белья + место, куда можно при необходимости убрать стулья и шезлонги с террасы на случай дождя — что оказалось очень удобно.
Чистота и внимание к деталям — на высоком уровне: кондиционер, стиральная машина, хороший Wi-Fi — всё работало без нареканий. Хозяева очень приятные, дружелюбные и отзывчивые люди! Они встретили нас у апартаментов, все показали и дали полезные советы по району.
Большим плюсом также является то, что рядом находится ж/д-станция, откуда легко и быстро можно добраться до Рима — что добавляло гибкости: пляжный отдых + культурная программа — всё было удобно.
Если ищете апартаменты у моря, с просторной террасой и всем нужным для комфортного семейного отдыха — это именно то место. Огромное спасибо хозяевам, мы обязательно вернёмся!

Cozy apartment with a very large, beautiful terrace with fantastic views and with lots of flowers and plants. Located in the centre of Lido di Ostia near the sea and nice restaurants. Also near the excavations of Ostia Antica. Very friendly hosts. Lido di Ostia can be perfectly combined with a stay in Rome.
