Caravan it's very clean, and it's just 2 min walk from beach. Got everything what you need inside. Communication with owner it's very good.
There were a few things I would have preferred to know about before booking.
Firstly, there was an additional £36 charge for Golden Sands Holiday Park, where the caravan is located. Although the park is shown in the photos, I could not find any clear information about this extra fee in the description. As I had already made my plans and did not have the time or energy to look for another booking, I paid it. The caravan itself cost £200 for the weekend, so the extra £36 was an unexpected additional cost.
Secondly, the owner could have sent the key safe code and arrival instructions the day before. I had to message in the morning to remind them, which added unnecessary stress when travelling with a family, especially when you are unsure whether you will be able to access the property.
Finally, the entrance to the park is on a very narrow road where two cars cannot pass easily. If another vehicle approaches from the opposite direction, you may have to wait, and your car can block quite a large part of the junction. This is not the owner’s fault, but it is worth mentioning as it relates to the location.
Overall, these points did not make me want to leave a negative review, and we enjoyed our stay. However, it would have been much better to know about them in advance.

The property was clean and inviting and very well maintained.
It was very comfortable and well equipped with cooking facilities
There were cleaning products available for cleaning up after ourselves
There was nothing i didnt like about the property

We had a fabulous time at no 19, van was immaculately clean, loved the homely touches and the location next to the beach was brilliant, definitely planning to return.
