L’appartement est très bien conçu. Il a assez de place pour tout. Situation géographique est très bien, à savoir à quelque part du centre.
Si il y a un petit point améliorer, cela serait l’isolation car on entend les voisins quand ils sont sur le palier.

Nos casamos el 5 de septiembre y elegimos este apartamento para pasar nuestra luna de miel, y no podríamos haber acertado más.
El apartamento es espectacular, nuevo, muy cuidado y con una ubicación excelente. Todo ha sido de 10, pero queremos destacar especialmente la atención del propietario. Ha estado pendiente de nosotros en todo momento, preocupándose porque estuviéramos bien y ayudándonos siempre que lo necesitábamos. Nunca nos habían tratado tan bien en un alojamiento.
Ha contribuido a que un viaje tan especial para nosotros haya sido todavía mejor. Nos vamos muy satisfechos y, sobre todo, muy agradecidos por el trato recibido. Volveríamos sin ninguna duda. 100 % recomendable. ❤️

Die Wohnung ist normalerweise nicht leicht zu finden, der Weg zum Schlüssel wurde im Vorfeld aber per Video perfekt erklärt. Ohne ihn gesehen zu haben ist Franco ein sehr netter, engagierter Gastgeber, Die Wohnung ist super für vier Leute, Alles neu und modern, dies würde man auf dem Weg durch den Innenhof und das Treppenhaus nicht vermuten. Im Erdgeschoss ist ein Bar, in der man auch abends noch Getränke kaufen kann, 100m weiter in kleiner Supermarkt und daneben ein Bäcker mit genialen Croissant Kreationen. Zur Innenstadt nur über die Straße und Bahnlinie und man ist miitendrin...
Natürlich wäre ein kostenloser Parkplatz und ein Lift schön gewesen, aber wer den Standort kennt, weiß warum es das nicht gibt.
