Very spacious place, with a feel like youre taking the place of a local. But in a nice and comfortable home. Didnt get to use the outdoor ammenaties but looked like a lot to do ouside and good for family outings. Highly recommend if you have little ones with you.
Not much i didnt like! Just the stand in shower was only cool water, i think. Might be user fault though. Also the shower with hot water was in a raised tub. For me being, i guess tall here, made it a little awkward for me to not bump my head on the shower, but that's the smallest inconvience i can easily live with. I was still happy with my stay here. More of just a notice for people blessed with height lol

My family and I enjoyed our 52 day extended stay at Cozy Manor. Our time spent was long enough that we become very familiar with not only the accommodation and Malesido neighborhood but also the San Isidro barangay in which the property is located.
There is a lot to like about the accommodation; starting with the roomy interior. The kitchen resembles those found in many Western countries, contains a full size electric baking oven and four burner stovetop, drip coffee maker, and hot and cold drinking water dispenser. The kitchen cabinets and food pantry contain large amounts of storage area. The kitchen knives were sharp and the cooking utensils abundant. There were plenty of dish-ware including serving bowls and numerous pots and pans.
In addition to the interior kitchen, there is a two burner gas stove top located outside in an exterior kitchen. There is also a restroom with a Western style flush toilet and cold shower located exterior and a washing machine. The exterior is mostly covered and offers ample space for multiple vehicle storage or could be used to host guests. There are 10 to 15 plastic chairs available.
This bathroom however contains Western style flush toilets and a full size soaking type bathtub.
There are three split AC units and one window unit. We never experienced any discomfort due to heat or humidity.
There is a wet market located just outside the neighborhood that we found very adequate. There is a water bottle filling station adjacent to the wet market too. There are many Sari Sari stores in the neighborhood nearer to the house and additional larger stores adjacent to the market; including a small pharmacy. There are two large Save More grocery stores very near by that can be reached via tricycle for 20 pesos per traveler. Travel time to either Save More is ten minutes or less.
Regarding the usual noise found in the Philippines, barking dogs, Karaoke singers, vehicular traffic, these were very minimal during our visit. The property is located deep inside a neighborhood on the very last street so there is not a lot of traffic passing by the front of the house. The rear of the property backs up in large part to open fields. The usual sources of noise could be heard at times, but in our experience were less prominent than many of the other accommodations we have visited in PH.
The interior living space only contains one restroom which requires access through the master bedroom.
We would have liked there to be hand towel and bath towel holders in the restroom.
