Je déconseille fortement ce logement.
Les photos sur Booking ne correspondent absolument pas à la réalité. À notre arrivée, nous avons découvert un logement dans un état déplorable : tout était très sale, avec de la rouille, des murs et un sol abîmés, ainsi que des meubles cassés. Le logement était totalement inadapté pour séjourner avec mon bébé de 2 ans.
Nous devions y passer 5 nuits avec ma sœur et mon mari. Dès notre arrivée, la propriétaire était très pressée de partir. J’ai eu l’impression qu’elle savait parfaitement que le logement ne correspondait pas aux photos et qu’il ne nous plairait pas. Une fois qu’elle est partie, nous avons pu constater l’état réel des lieux. Nous ne sommes pas restés plus de 10 minutes, juste le temps de constater l’ampleur de la situation. C’était un véritable taudis.
J’ai immédiatement fait part de mon mécontentement à la propriétaire, mais elle a rendu le remboursement très compliqué. Elle m’a même demandé de lui faire un virement privé pour payer une nuit afin d’obtenir une annulation gratuite, ce que j’ai trouvé totalement inacceptable.
Je remercie en revanche Booking, qui a tout mis en œuvre pour nous sortir de cette situation. C’était notre première visite à Casablanca, et heureusement que leur service client a été réactif et nous a aidés à trouver une solution.
