I particularly liked the bright and pleasant atmosphere of the place. It was fairly well-maintained, and considering the cost, it provided satisfactory value for money.

I was disappointed by the incorrect information given by the administrator. We were initially informed that we were assigned to Room 1, but after double-checking, we were told it was Room 2. Unfortunately, when we arrived, the room was already occupied. This indicated a lack of proper coordination regarding guest assignments, which caused unnecessary confusion and inconvenience, eventually leading us to be moved to Room 3. It was clear that there was poor coordination in tracking which guests were checked in and where they were assigned. As a result, we were redirected to Room 3, only to find out that they were not even aware that Room 2 was already occupied. The whole situation was quite frustrating. To make matters worse, on our first night we were informed that we would have to transfer to a lower-grade room the following day, as the room we were initially placed in was at a higher price point. We were told that we had only been accommodated there due to a promotional arrangement. This caused us additional stress, as we had assumed that we would be staying in the same room until our check-out. It was only then that we learned we would need to move rooms the next day. On the day of the supposed transfer, we were simply waiting for confirmation, as prior arrangements had already been made for the room change. However, we were later informed that the transfer would no longer push through because all rooms were fully booked and there were no available lower-grade rooms. By that time, we were already fully packed and prepared to move, only to be told that the transfer was cancelled. It would have been far more considerate to inform us earlier that the room change would not proceed, rather than notifying us only after we had already made all the necessary preparations. Overall, the entire booking experience was extremely stressful due to poor management and lack of proper coordination from those in charge.
