Fantastic communication from hosts.
Welcoming tea, coffee, milk and even a christmas tree.
All accommodation clean, warm, and cosy. Good information pack
Beds all soft, clean and really comfortable.
Lovely views of river.
20 mins to sundown adventure land, 30 mins to winter wonderland.
Ground floor garage, outdoor area, loo and utility. First floor living area, top floor bedrooms, one ensuite, and house bathroom.

This is a high class property that is very comfortable and very well cared for by its owners. The bed in the master bedroom was very comfortable and I thoroughly enjoyed staying here. Great communication from Jeremy, the host of the property.
I liked everything about this property, the only item that could be improved upon is proper instructions on how to use the TV and digibox though I'm certain my young son would have sussed it in a jiffy, perhaps I was having a "senior" moment!

Excellent location overlooking the river Trent. Superb facilities, secure garage and lovely rear patio area. The host responded quickly to any advance questions we had about the house. We would thoroughly recommend this property and hope to return soon.
