Convenient check-in, but disappointing stay due to location, lack of basic amenities, and cleanlines

The check-in process was very easy and hassle-free. We entered the building using a code and collected the keys using another code, so we did not have to wait for anyone or arrange a meeting. The building itself was also very quiet. We did not hear any voices, noise, or disturbances from the neighbouring apartments, which was definitely a positive aspect of our stay.

Unfortunately, there were quite a few things that we did not like about our stay. The apartment is on the second floor with no elevator, so we had to carry our 20 kg bags up the stairs. The view from the window was of an unpleasant industrial area, and because the apartment is very close to the airport, there was a lot of noise from planes. The lack of a refrigerator was a serious problem for me. I had medication with me that needed to be stored in a refrigerator, so I was genuinely shocked to find that there was not even a small fridge in the apartment. I understand that a refrigerator was not listed among the amenities, but I had never encountered an apartment without even a small refrigerator before. For me, this is a very basic and important facility. The bedding smelled strongly of dampness, which was very unpleasant. The towels were also very wrinkled, and I was not completely sure whether they were clean. There was only one blanket on the bed instead of two, which was uncomfortable for me and my child. The location was very inconvenient. We arrived after 6 p.m., and there were no open shops nearby where we could buy food or basic groceries. The apartment seemed to be accessible mainly by taxi. In the morning, despite being very close to the airport, we had to wait around 15 minutes or even longer for a taxi to arrive. In my opinion, it would actually be much more convenient to stay in the city centre and simply take a taxi to the airport when needed. There was also an issue with the city tax. The instructions asked us to leave €2 in cash for the city tax, even though Booking.com had already charged us €2 for the city tax as part of the booking. This made it seem as though we were being asked to pay the city tax twice, which was confusing and concerning.

Good place with good locations can do with a few more ammededies

Close to the airport and modern and cosy

No fridge or microwave, Too warm no way to adjust aircon

5 / 10

The industrial location made stay unpleasant unfortunately.

That it was clean room, but with a poor view through the window.

I didn’t like the location that it wasn’t close to the Vilnius International airport as it was said in advertising

Nice place not far from the airport

Nice place to stay for one night, clean and peaceful. Comfy beds and pillows. Not far from the airport, you have to walk to the airport for about 25 min. Coffee and tea in the room. Good communication with the owner

Labai gera vieta, jeigu reikia nakvynės netoli Vilniaus oro uosto.

Trūko tvarkos vonios kambaryje.
