Best things come in small packages

Fresh and stylish apartment with literally everything you need for a living. The building is new and located in a freshly built block with everything you need is really close. Couldn’t check out late but were offered an ability to leave luggage secured for some extra time. 24h seamless check in ability.

So much stuff in a room only to find out there is no cutting board provided. Some time ago the water in the shower was spilled so much so it heavily damaged the door trim. The sound insulation is good, but during the warm nights you hear the annoying sound of a/c’s ambient quite well. Also due it’s architecture (it’s rather an apart-hotel), the walls are rather thin, so you can hear people walking by in the hallway quite well, even though the floor has got carpets in some places. Due to the size and the placement of the furniture the bathroom door hits the corner of the bed if fully opened.

Excellent stay

Immaculate condition new apartment all the new equipments you need the photographs matches exactly there is water and coffee provided hot water available the apartment is 100 percent freshly cleaned plenty of space to leave your luggage everything works it’s once of the finest apartments i ever stayed in very close to the centre few minutes walk and the tram just across the road

Everything perfect

Comfortable stay with great service and facilities

Very comfortable and cozy apartments with everything needed for a pleasant stay. The facilities are excellent: air conditioning, a private bathroom with shower, hairdryer, slippers and toiletries; a well-equipped kitchenette with a stovetop, refrigerator, microwave and kitchenware; a dining area; a washing machine; and a flat-screen TV with streaming services. The apartment was very clean: great work by the housekeeping team. The administrator was professional, polite and very responsive, helping to resolve any questions quickly and efficiently. The location is convenient, and overall the apartment feels welcoming and guest-oriented.

The apartment is located directly next to the road, so there can be some noise. However, it is not disturbing and does not significantly affect the overall comfort of the stay.

I want to come back to this hotel

Excellent hotel. The room has everything you need. Excellent staff. Perfect cleanliness. The room has everything down to the smallest detail for the convenience of guests. Nearby shops, cafes, tram stop. I would like to thank the hotel owners and staff for a pleasant time spent at the hotel.

I had to wait until they sent me the code to the door of my room.
