Great location, clean, spacious
Lacking in details for what to use the keys for and also lacked waste bags for non recyclable or compostable waste. The beds were extremely firm and only had two normal pillows.

The position near the Duomo and centre was good. Pleasant flat, modern and clean and air con which was needed as very hot while there.
We did not realise when booking that the access to the flat was not straightforward. There was a key pad on arrival but instead of locating it outside the property it was 10 mins walk up the road outside the offices of the rental company. That meant an extended hot walk to collect when we arrived in Como by train and then the same extended walk to put keys back at end of stay. Also 3 keys every time we came back to the flat. No written instructions at the flat so when the fuse blew one evening, no wi fi to find details to contact for help. Finally found our bit of paper from when we first came out. On the plus side at least there was someone who answered to phone to assist when we were in the dark on the evening in question.
We also did not like the online check in which felt unduly onerous, involved doing stuff we struggled with and reading a long contract which seemed to say if there was any damage we were liable to all sorts of penalties. Why not a refundable damages deposit as per other places we have stayed in ?
It felt rather commercial and as we saw no-one the whole week we were there that added to the sense of being impersonal. If we went to Como again we would not stay in this flat.

Appartement idéalement situé, très propre, très bien équipé, très confortable et hôte très disponible. Une très bonne expérience.
La boîte à clé est à 5 min à pied. Ça peut être préjudiciable si le temps ou l'heure ne sont pas adéquate.
