Livia is an very nice and kind host. She kindly picked me up at the nearby square, showed me the flat, and explained everything that I needed. Since I was staying for 2 weeks, she has also offered to bring me fresh towels and bed linen for the second week which she did and which was highly appreciated. Also, when I was missing some kitchen utensils (a peeler and a proper knife for cutting vegetables), she was quick to bring these things to the flat the next day. Also, she guided me through when I had a minor issue with the washing machine and called her. The location of the flat is in the heart of the old town, which means that one have to do a lot of up and down the stairs and narrow cobblestone paths to reach the flat, but I fortunately I had a compact luggage and like hiking, so it was not an issue for me at all. Also, I enjoyed staying in this historic part of Sanremo - the location of the flat was perfect to have a little stroll in the evenings and explore the old town. It does get quite noisy during the evenings/nights with many people walking and talking in the narrow streets surrounding the flat, but it was bearable. Also, while the flat does not have air conditioning, it did not heat up during the day as most of the rooms do not get direct sunlight (apart from the kitchen which got some direct sun for a short while in the evenings). With two ventilators I coped very well with the summer heat.
The washing machine is rather old and has to be handled with caution and care, but it worked and I was happy that I could do my laundry several times during my stay there.

Abbiamo trascorso un soggiorno davvero piacevole. La struttura era impeccabile: pulita, accogliente e curata in ogni dettaglio. La posizione è ottima e permette di raggiungere facilmente tutto ciò che serve. Un ringraziamento speciale alla proprietaria, gentilissima, disponibile e attenta a ogni esigenza, facendoci sentire come a casa. È stata un'esperienza che ha superato le nostre aspettative. Consigliamo questa struttura a chiunque voglia trascorrere un soggiorno rilassante e confortevole. Torneremo sicuramente

Šeimininkė labai maloni ir rūpestinga. Pasitiko mus ir nuvedė iki buto. Butas tokioje vietoje, kad viskas pasiekiama ranka. Kavinės poroje žingsnių atstumu. Būtina pavakarieniauti "Ristorante Urbicia Vivas", kuris yra 20 metrų nuo durų. Bent vieną vakarą pavakaroti jaunatviškame bare "Pina social club" (dar paėjus 10 metrų), pasimėgauti gyva muzika bei išskirtiniais, tik ten gaminamais, kokteiliais.
Esant karštam orui būtų pravertęs kondicionierius, bet aplink nei viename bute jų nesimatė. Veikiausiai ten tai nelabai leidžiama, nes pats senamiesčio vidurys.
