Room is Spacious and in good Location
The rooms are somewhat rundown. The flush was not working in our room 107... they took a long time to fix it but it didn't stay fixed. The staff are not at all co-ordinated. Even asking for a bottle of water took endless time and several reminders. There was no intercom in the room and all communication with the reception was via mobile which was often busy. Though we booked and paid in advance for two nights, staff were asking right from the first morning whether we were checking out. The manager just gives lip service without any action.
The staff gives off an unwelcoming vibe on entry. The most horrible service I ever came across.
