Superbe spacieux neuf mais accès voiture et piéton très difficile.

La vue spectaculaire et les couchers de soleil chaque jour , l’espace incroyable, la cuisine équipée, les terrasses géniales, c’est neuf, vraiment un super endroit !!

L’accès à pied à la villa est juste impossible à une personne à mobilité réduite ou blessée (ma femme au bout de 2 jours par ex). Impossible de se garer à moins de 100m en très très (très…) forte montée. Odeur d’égouts dans la sdb du bas qui oblige à laisser la fenêtre ouverte et éviter les courants d’air.

Uniquement la vue

Dans un premier la maison n'est surement pas finis c'était en travaux avec de la terre des roches pour accéder à la maison qui était vraiment dangereux, avec une bétonnier à l'entrée, pas de place parking pour les voitures, pas de télé, pas de barbecue, la maison n'est pas fonctionnelle pour passé un bon séjour. C'est vraiment dommage de louer une aussi belle maison dans un état comme sa, elle perd tout son potentiel.
