We Checked in about 15 minutes after five. The only phone number we had was for the registration office or front desk. No one was there, went to voice mail, 5:00 and nobody there to help! This is a very low bar to manage your customers. Once we finally found the place to check in, one of the gentlemen had no clue about checking in. It was like his first day and was put on swing shift in hopes nothing would happen. The other gentlemen was finally able to get us checked in, but had no idea about where we were staying. They couldn't even agree on the address. Unfortunately no one is perfect and our door shut behind at the cabin. We went back to the check in point and again the new person was. He didn't know how to help, but he said let me try to call someone. He then shut the door with us standing right there and was gone for about 5 minutes. He handed us another card the he found in an envelope on our paperwork. He said he hopes this works. We said "What if it doesn't". He said you can come back here and we can try something else.
I don't know, but this truly sounds like a little training, maybe someone on the main line after the office shuts down to assist with check-ins and other after hours issues they may come up. These couple of things, I believe, would have easily resolved this issue without the need of a bad review.
