We had a very pleasant stay, and the location of the apartment is truly excellent! The apartment is located in District 4, very close to the sea. Right across from the apartment, there is a beautiful seaside promenade with wooden walkways where you can walk along the coast and enjoy the sea views. The walkway leads all the way to Beach No. 1 in District 1, where there is also a pier and you can take a boat ride. There are some ups and downs along the promenade, so it is especially suitable for younger people or those who enjoy walking and a little exercise. If you prefer a more modern and spacious seaside promenade, you can easily take a bus or a taxi to the Naberezhnaya in District 15. Getting there is very convenient — there are buses and taxis right outside, and the route is basically straight without any complicated turns, so it is quick and inexpensive. The apartment itself is very clean and comfortable, with everything you need for your stay. The host was also wonderful and always available online, responding quickly whenever we had a question. Overall, we were very happy with the location, cleanliness, facilities, and the host’s hospitality. If we have the chance to visit Aktau again, we would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!

10/10 - I would gladly return. Facilities: The apartment is large, clean and well equipped. One bedroom has full privacy which was perfect for my teenage daughter, the other has a walk in closet (the main bedroom is connected to the living area/kitchen, not an issue for us). Both are large. The A/C works well, we used it only twice in a week's stay in July. The sea breeze is real! Shower/toilet are modern and convenient. Location: You can get world class pastries and espresso across the street, there is a supermarket with an ATM and the nicest souvenir shop next door within a 2 minutes walk. Not a lot of close options to eat out, but if you walk 10 minutes there are plenty. There is a bus station very close and getting a taxi with the locally used app inDrive was easy. The beautiful seaside promenade is just across the street (access behind the fancy hotel). Host: Great! Thank you Gulnar for being accessible, for tolerating my broken Russian and for a perfect stay in lovely Aktau.

This is an issue with the Booking app, not with the property. While my booking details stated "Free airport transfers" the listed property policy states that it is available at extra charge. This caused a bit of confusion at the beginning but we were able to sort it out.

确实如之前的评论所说，只能用现金，不能刷卡和kaspi扫码支付。还好民宿附近有atm，host 开车带我们去取现金。不太方便。还有就是住民宿每天要自己收拾垃圾扔垃圾。住了三天都自己收拾

Комфортная квартира со всеми удобствами. Очень чистая. В квартире тихо, можно хорошо отдохнуть после дороги. На кухне есть всё необходимое для готовки, что очень удобно для проживания. Удобный вход. Набережная в шаговой доступности, рядом супермаркеты, кафе. Автобусная остановка рядом. Заселение прошло легко, хозяйка очень отзывчивая и всегда на связи.
