L'emplacement était très bien, l'environnement est calme et beau, par contre je trouve qu'au vu des équipements (bain des biens, saunas), c'est vraiment chère. Le petit déjeuner était bon.

Beautiful hanok style hotel in gorgeous setting. Amazing dinner, very friendly staff, highly recommend. Walking distance to shuttle or a longer walk to the village.

The hotel itself is beautiful. The rooms are well-appointed with excellent amenities, and the general surroundings are lovely. If your primary focus is on the quality of the room and the physical property, it's a great choice. The room was generally clean except a silverfish-type bug in the corner which probably was unavoidable given the proximity to nature; we otherwise thought it was comfortable. FYI - they offered us breakfast but we had to leave early so could not partake (and they have no flexibility around this at all either).
The customer service from the manager, Joon, was the worst I have ever experienced.
Check-in & poor treatment by manager Joon: Despite providing our arrival time, no one was at the desk. The manager (Joon) was brusque, seemed annoyed, and rushed through the process, apparently busy with dinner service. A few minutes after arriving, we had a question. Unable to reach anyone by phone, I went to find help and was harshly scolded by Joon for unknowingly walking near the kitchen (there was no signage!). He was unprofessional and blamed me for his own rushed check-in. It was a completely unwelcoming and upsetting interaction.
The manager's poor attitude created a very negative experience that overshadowed the hotel's positive features. The hotel may need more staff during peak hours if the manager is too busy to treat guests with basic courtesy. It was the worst experience I've had across ~15 countries and countless hotels I've visited - enough to prompt me to warn people away from interacting with Joon. Be careful!
