Property has an excellent location. You get what you pay for with it. Very good price for on season in Arugam Bay. Comfortable beds and working A/C.
Needs a deep clean. Mirrors and bed sheets were dirty. Last night there was a power cut, probably not the properties fault, however people nearby were shouting and someone was banging on doors very loudly looking for staff for the entire duration of the power cut. We were relieved when the power turned back after a few hours.

Lovely and spacious double room with a large king sized bed and spacious en-suite shower and toilet which were incredibly clean , neat and tidy and comfortable. As well as the room being large , tidy and comfortable it had a lovely balcony. Additionally , there was fantastic air conditioning in the room which is so important for arugam bay as it can get up to 40 degrees.
The host was so kind and offered to organise public transport for us which is difficult to navigate as a tourist and even went to the local bus station to find times and the correct route for us. The host offered laundry services at the cheapest price , organised very affordable transfers , tuk tuks and gave great food recommendations for Arugam bay- could not complain about a single thing and we were so so comfortable throughout our stay. Hotel host also offered to organise all experiences in Arugam bay from surf trips to safaris and more ! Location was also perfect for everything you want to do in Arugam bay; yoga classes , food , coffees , drinks , surf , swimming , beach , nightclubs , shops etc. couldn’t recommend this place highly enough- thank you for such a lovely stay !!!!
