Todo muy bonito espectacular literal a un lado de la laguna hermoso sin duda regresaría una y otra vez. Muy amables confortable una vista única . Gracias

The place is scenic, and the facility is full of privacy between the bungalows. There are boats for kayaking, chairs and tables for resting. The staff are friendly
There are some rusty stains on the towels.

Nous avons apprécié Bacalar l’emplacement est bien, il faut absolument une voiture.
L’aménagement autour des bungalows est très jolie avec un chemin blanc et des plantes autour
Les bungalows sont bien de loin, mais pas de près.
Les espaces communs manque vraiment d’aménagement, c’est dommage ça rend l’expérience moins merveilleuse.
L’entrée se fait au milieu de deux bungalows à moitié construit le personnel ne parle pas anglais seulement espagnol et ne fais pas d’efforts pour parler moins vite ou traduire avec nous.
La zone commune au bord du lagon est déplorable, rien n’est terminé. Il y a des briques de chantier du ciment. Les filets du ponton sont cassés. Cela ne donne même pas envie d’y aller.
Une fois arrivée dans la chambre, nous avons découvert une grosse tache sur le lit et toutes les serviettes de bain y compris. Nous avons demandé pour les changer mais c’était toujours pareil et le tapis de bain je n’en parle même pas, je n’ai jamais vu ça.
Les toilettes étaient également sales.
