Landed property with 2 detatched unit. Good location. Ample parking. Clean.
Location on map is a bit inaccurate. I suggest for owner to put a small signboard at the access road.
Currently they put the homestay signboard at the main gate. The thing is when we got there, the gate is wide open because there are another tenant at the other unit. We can’t see the signboard when we search for the homestay.
But overall everything is good

I really enjoyed my stay at this homestay. The location is very strategic, close to Wakaf Che Yeh Market in Kota Bharu. The parking area is spacious and convenient. The surroundings are quiet and peaceful, making it a very comfortable place to rest. The interior decoration is simple and pleasant. Communication with the host was easy, and the overall experience was smooth and hassle-free. Highly recommended.
There was nothing that I particularly disliked about the homestay. However, I would suggest providing a gas stove or an electric stove for cooking. While the multi-cooker is useful for preparing simple meals, it is not very convenient for cooking a wider variety of dishes. Having a proper stove would make the stay even more comfortable for guests who prefer to cook.
