Adoramos a estadia no local, o pessoal da limppeza e muito prestativo, mesmo nao falando ingles sempre tentavam ajudar, a piscina e muito bonita com um tamanho razoavel, o local estava limpo e apresentavel,trocavam as roupas de cama e toalhas 1/2 vez por semana. Cama confortavel e internert com boa velocidade mesmo para trabalhar. Otimo custo beneficio.
Tivemos um problema com o check in, avisamos que iamos chegar apos as 10pm e nao tinha ninguem para nos atender, demorou 30 minutos para termos algum retorno do manager. O local esta em obra e em nenhum lugar eles avisaram isso, todos os dias das 8:00 as 17:00 e um barulho constante de construcao em cima da sua cabeca, vale a pena checar se ja terminou antes de agendar se quer um lugar tranquilo. tivemos problemas com formigas no quarto e tivemos que comprar inseticida para usar no local. Os quartos no andar inferior tem acesso direto do banheiro a uma plantacao de arroz atras do local e constantemente os trabalhadores passam perto, e possivel ver quem estra dentro do banheiro, algo deveria ser feito para nao permitir isso.

In general, the apartments are good, spacious, comfy bed, clean bathroom and a nice patio with relatively well equipped kitchen.
The location is ok.
Now to the downsides:
Currently, new apartments on the 2nd floor are being built, so there is construction noise during the day. I'm surprised that no review was talking about it so far.
The pool could be cleaned more carefully.
There are a lot of tiger mosquitoes around... I used smoke repellent and the electrical scent devices in the room and there were still some.
The wifi was not very stable, maybe not really suited for online working.

Есть все что нужно, красивые виды не рисовое поле и панораму крыш. Мне очень понравилось тут жить, спасибо!
Много муравьев вокруг номера, персонал борется с ними, но иногда они все же попадают внутрь.
