THE STAFF ESPECIALLY THE MANAGER AS WELL AS THE OWNER WERE VERY COOPERATIVE AND HELPFUL . THEY EVEN OFFERED AN EXTRA ROOM FREE OF COST SINCE THE NO OF FAMILY MEMBERS WERE MORE AND IT WAS DIIFICULT TO ACCOMODATE EVERYONE IN THE SAME ROOM .ROOM SERVICE WAS ALSO GOOD .
ACCESS TO THE LOCATION WAS AN ISSUE SINCE IT IS LOCATED A BIT INSIDE THE HOUSING LOCALITY AND PARKING SPACE IS LIMITED

Everything was perfect. Staff is very polite, kind and cooperative. never had any issues- extended my stay from 1 days to 8 just because it was so comfortable. I would highly recommend. Rooms are spacious- I had a room with the balcony. Water pressure in bathroom is quite good. Free tea/coffee machine at the reception is a bonus
only small thing is that it is slightly inside on a street so if you do not have vehicle you may have to walk a little. Not too far from the main road but not on the main road either.

Although in the map, the location looks close to the mall and the main road, to reach the hotel even Uber drivers get confused. Narrow lanes and it is a maze. Room was so small, place is ideal only to sleep. If you have plans to relax and work a bit, look for elsewhere
Size of the room. Too small but I must say, the room was very clean and all facilities are there. They should add a kettle and tea bags as the nearest tea show is 20 mnts walking distance
