We stayed here with our small dog and three kids. Franco was such a wonderful host! He was prompt with communication and meeting our needs during our stay. He was kind. He was wonderful in meeting our dietary needs for breakfast. The location was fantastic. Close enough to easily walk to the beach and through town, but being a street back we still had some quiet. A close drive to other beaches we would want to go to.
The bathroom was large and accommodated my daughter who needed the shower stool. The water did get everywhere , but the trade off was worth it!

Soggiornare a Villa De Sanctis è stata un'esperienza fantastica. La struttura è comodissima, curata e dotata di tutti i comfort necessari per un relax totale. Le camere sono super ampie, luminose e arieggiate.
La posizione è semplicemente perfetta.
Ma il vero valore aggiunto della struttura, ciò che trasforma un semplice soggiorno in un ricordo speciale, è il Signor Franco. Una persona d'altri tempi: immensamente gentile, garbato, attento e sempre disponibile. La sua presenza discreta ma costante è una garanzia; è sempre pronto a trovare una soluzione rapida e precisa a qualsiasi richiesta, facendo di tutto per garantire un'esperienza perfetta e far sentire gli ospiti davvero coccolati.
Villa De Sanctis è una scelta consigliatissima, dove torneremo sicuramente con grandissimo piacere!

Struttura completamente ristrutturata e nuova, ottima posizione ma soprattutto il signor Franco è di una gentilezza e ospitalità mai visti prima. Davvero tutto perfetto. Se dovessi tornare in queste zone tornerei sicuramente qui!
