Stayed two nights, pretty reasonable | not fancy, not fussy, but a good stay | clean, solid WiFi, elevator, filtered water in lobby | breakfast included (cheese, olives, breads, coffee/tea) | hot shower, towel, soap | flexible check-in (arrived early via Batumi Georgia) | plenty of restaurants and grocery stores nearby, close proximity to bus station (onward travel to Kars) | thank you!

სასტუმროს ჰყავს ცუდი მენეჯმენტი .წარმოდგენა არ აქვთ როგორ უნდა მართონ ტურისტული ბიზნესის.დაჯავშნისას სასტუმროს მივწერე ბუქინგის მეშვეობით რომ ჩამოსვლის შემდეგ დავწერდი აფსოლუტურად ობიექტურ შეფასებას და ვითხოვე დაეხვედრებინათ ნორმალური ოთახი .მიუხედავად წინასწარი გაფრთხილებისა რეშეფშენის თანამშრომლებს არ აღმოაჩნდათ მინიმალური გონიერებაც კი... დამახვედრეს ბინძური მტვრიანი ოთახი .დაჯავშნილი მქონდა ოთახი ზღვის ხედით ,შემიშვეს ოთახში რომელსაც ჰქონდა მთის ხედი და სამშენებლო მასალები ირგვლივ .საშინელი სუნი ...მტვერი იყო ყველგან. გაპროტესტების შემდეგ ოთახი გამოცვალეს ისევ საშინელი ხედით თუმცა წინასთან შედარებით დალაგებული იყო.
The hotel has poor management. They have no idea how to run a tourist business. When booking, I wrote to the hotel through Booking.com that I would write an absolutely objective review after arrival and asked to be given a normal room. Despite prior warning, the reception staff did not show even the slightest sense... They gave me a dirty, dusty room. I had booked a room with a sea view, but they put me in a room with a mountain view and construction materials around. It smelled terrible... There was dust everywhere.
