Great little apartment with small details that could make it even better

Good location and very clean. The apartment is very secure behind locked gates which is great for females travelling alone.

No shower, large living room double French door window would not shut and lock. Lots of stairs to apartment (3 flights)

It didn’t say it’s a 3rd floor apartment with no lift. The bathroom is between the two rooms and you have to cross them to go. The check in is not flexible, you have to go to other place to pick up the keys

Good location for young, short, energetic people.

Location was the best thing about it

Keys had to be picked up from a convenience store a 10 minute walk from the flat. No lockbox near the apartment and owner would not meet us with keys. With luggage after a day of travel we were not prepared to walk again not knowing exactly where it was in relation to the key pick up location. I gave them a 2 hour window of arrival time 24 hours ahead. It’s impossible to know the exact time of arrival when traveling. It cost us extra for the taxi to take us to get the keys then back to the apartment. This was not clear when booking. We would not have booked this place if we had known about the difficulty getting into it. Also, it was on the 3rd floor with no elevator. This should be clear when booking. We travelled with luggage (obviously) and it was dangerous to climb these stairs with it. Additionally, the hot water tank is directly above the toilet and it’s nearly impossible to avoid banging your head on the valve if you are any taller than 5’. The “shower” is a hand wand in a very deep clawfoot tub that you have to sit in to shower because there is no surrounding shower curtain. This is a place for the short, young and perfectly healthy, all of which we are not. Way too difficult for anyone with any kind of mobility or health issues.

Impecável! Tudo limpinho e organizado, camas confortáveis, utensílios de cozinha, Nespresso, máquina de lavar roupas…

Única coisa que sentimos falta, foi do chuveiro que não era fixo na parede (em cima), a ducha fica embaixo, junto à banheira.

La situation géographique et la sécurité de l’appartement, commerce et restaurants à proximité.

Ce n’est pas un appartement pour 6 personnes, au mieux 2 adultes et 2 enfants. La salle de bain mal située et équipements désuets et peu fonctionnels. Il serait essentiel d’avoir du sel et du poivre dans la cuisine . À éviter en période de chaleur.
