La ubicacion del complejo y del apartamento dentro del complejo. Hay varios supermercados muy cerca, se llega al Canal du Midi caminando en 5 minutos, la piscina grande y muy bien mantenida.
El apartamento contaba con todos, y más, accesorios y electrodomesticos necesarios (incluidos una airfrier), todos los ambientes con ventiladores de techo muy practicos. La falta de aire acondicionado no se hizo notar pese a tener varios dias de +35 cº
La cama principal era muy angosta y los colchones de las camas individuales eran muy duros. Las almohadas eran muy finas y grandes para las camas. La limpieza de la terraza mejorable aunque tampoco nada grave

The pool was open which was a surprise as we believed it would be closed. The place was like a tropical paradise with lots of birds. Lovely terrace area where we stored our bikes. Ideal kitchen.
It was difficult gaining access to the property as the gate code wasn’t communicated to us (or not clearly enough) so we asked a cleaner who gave us the code to get inside. Also on booking.com the check-in time was accepted as 2pm but we didn’t receive the lockbox code until much later. I think perhaps the check-in time / process had changed since we booked the accommodation. We called the number provided but this just went to voicemail and we didn’t receive a call back. Felt a bit like we were on a game show with some of the instructions trying to find the right lock box for example.

La proximité de notre appartement avec la pisicne et l’aire de jeux pour enfants.
La nature et le calme malgré le nombre d’appartements.
Le personnel est discret et le couple au snack sont très gentils.
Les tarifs au snack sont un peu élevé.

Belle piscine dommage que personne ne respecte le règlement
Lave vaisselle défectueux, ménage mal fait, très très bruyant avec les cigales en journée
