A peaceful and secluded stay for our family

The secluded location, peace and quiet, the jacuzzi.

Could be cleaned better.

We had a great stay for our family the beds were comfortable and the staff was helpful in warming up the bungalow.

It is a nice quiet and well kept property

It was hard for us to find. We ended up using Google Maps looking for VioVillas vs using the address given.

Teleurstellend

We recently stayed at this accommodation and unfortunately encountered several issues: • The accommodation was not clean (stains on the kitchen counter, leftover food in the kitchen, stains on the sofa, and hairs in the hot tub). • The bed was of very poor quality and felt as if it might collapse at any moment. • There was constant noise from the pumps of the hot tub. • The listing gave the impression of having a lot of privacy, but in reality there was none (the chalets are directly opposite each other, overlooking one another, which was not clearly stated). • The owner showed up unannounced while we were having dinner. This may have been well-intentioned, but we did not appreciate it. • We often felt watched, for example by children staring through the windows while we were in the hot tub. • The neighbor’s dog frequently came by to beg for food. • The advertisement stated that the rooms were non-smoking, but it was not mentioned that smoking outside was also prohibited. Upon arrival we were informed that smoking was only allowed in one designated area at the gate, which would definitely have influenced our choice had we known this beforehand. • Finally, upon checkout, the host reported our stay to Booking.com as a “no-show,” which we found very strange. Overall, these points significantly affected our experience. Edit: after placing this review the host texted and said they will take legal action against me…

Il Glamping è ben strutturato, piccolo ma dotato di due camere più una matrimoniale con due piccoli bagni Cucina con piano cottura e macchinetta con cialde per il caffè Camere pulite In esterno bellissima veranda con vasca jacuzzi Posizione ottima e silenziosa a 10 minuti da Arezzo. Ci siamo trovati molto bene Complimenti
