The hotel itself is beautiful the location is good and easy to access. The rooms are beautiful and cozy, the front desk staff and housekeeping is really helpful.
The rooms were not particularly clean there were strands of silky hair on the dresser, bedside lamp and pedestal drawers were dusty and on my second night I had to use wet wipes to wipe the bedside drawers/pedestal. At breakfast the staff brought out classes and had them rested on her chest. Food stations were not replenished on time and coffee cups were not properly washed.
